Warranty Policy

Modified, soldered or altered parts are not eligible for warranty coverage. Test components before installation or modification.

TOPTORQ offers a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects for full-priced products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.
Manufacturing defects
Defects occurring under normal use conditions, such as verified component malfunctions or cracked solder joints present before customer modification.
Material defects
Material-related defects that affect the product during normal, intended use within the applicable warranty period.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by use outside the intended conditions, customer modification or purchase outside the approved sales channel.
Use and handling
- Normal wear, natural degradation or scratches from prolonged use.
- Crashing, physical impact, crushing, pulling or other human-induced damage.
- Water exposure or damage caused by unsuitable operating conditions.
Modification and purchase source
- Improper soldering, unauthorized repairs or alterations.
- Loss of individual components or items.
- Products not purchased directly from TOPTORQ or an authorized source.
Warranty and repair process
For a verified quality issue within the applicable warranty period, we will review the evidence and determine the appropriate repair or resolution path.
Email support@toptorqstore.com with your order number or receipt, clear photos or video, and a description of the issue.
Our team reviews the evidence and provides an initial view of the damage, expected repair time and potential costs.
If requested, send the item using the provided instructions. Round-trip shipping fees are borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
For verified warranty defects, we may repair or otherwise resolve the issue. Human-induced damage may be refused or subject to a repair fee; any quote will be sent for approval.
Liability and consumer rights
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOPTORQ is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or failure of a product, including damage to a drone frame, camera or attached payload.
Statutory rights
This warranty supplements applicable TOPTORQ policies and does not replace statutory consumer rights. Rights may vary by state or jurisdiction.
Use and installation of UAV components involve operational risks. Follow product instructions, applicable laws and safety procedures. Do not operate equipment in a manner that creates unreasonable risk of injury or property damage.
