Warranty Policy

TOPTORQ offers a 60 DAYS warranty against manufacturing defects for all full-priced products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

⚠️ Crucial Note: Please test all components before soldering. Modified, soldered, or altered parts are strictly not eligible for warranty coverage.

What is Covered    

  • Manufacturing defects occurring under normal use conditions (e.g., cracked solder joints, component malfunctions).
  • Material defects under normal use.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear: Natural wear, degradation, and scratches from prolonged use.
  • Human-induced damage: Crashing, physical impact, crushing, pulling, improper soldering, or water exposure
  • Unauthorized modifications: Any repairs or alterations not performed by TOPTORQ
  • Loss: Loss of individual components or items.
  • Unauthorized retailers: Items not bought directly from TOPTORQ.

Warranty & Repair Process

We offer free repairs for verified quality issues within the 3-month window. For human-induced damage, service may be refused or subject to a repair fee
  • Step 1: Contact Customer Support
    Email us at support@toptorqstore.com with your Proof of Purchase (order number/receipt), along with clear photos or videos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Step 2: Preliminary Assessment
    Our engineers will conduct an initial review based on your photos/videos to check the damage situation, estimated repair time, and potential costs.
  • Step 3: Shipping & Final Assessment
    If requested, ship the item back to us.     Note: All round-trip shipping fees are borne by the customer. Once received, our engineers will perform a final inspection of the physical item.
  • Step 4: Final Quote & Resolution
    We will email you an exact quote and evaluation.
    • If you approve the quote: We will repair the item and ship it back.
    • If you decline the quote: We will ship the item back to you unrepaired.
Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOPTORQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of this product, including but not limited to damage to the drone frame, cameras, or other attached payloads.
Consumer Right
  • This warranty supplements your rights under TOPTORQ’s policies and does not replace your statutory rights. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
