Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that this refers to the preparation time before the order leaves our warehouse and does not include actual shipping time.

A tracking number and carrier details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

Standard Time Within 5-7 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s official website.

Tracking information will typically update within 24 - 48 hours after the package is handed over to the carrier. Please allow this period for the status to change from "Pending" or "Label Created.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we cannot be held responsible for these delays, we will work with the shipping carrier to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are not eligible for a refund.
